Musselburgh High Street is where Parrilla began. Following the success of the second restaurant in Loanhead, the original was completely renovated to become the brand’s flagship, carrying the design language forward and taking it to a new level. MSR delivered the full interior design, from the initial site survey and architectural drawings through to material sourcing, regular site inspections and close coordination with contractors throughout the build.
The dining room is defined by backlit Himalayan salt walls that glow a warm amber, set against a sculptural gold hexagon feature wall and dark, moody finishes. Statement lighting, from a crystal ceiling feature to bespoke pendants, layers warmth and drama throughout the space, with refined detailing carried through every corner. The result is a flagship that captures the spirit of Argentinian dining with a luxurious, contemporary edge.
